Skyllabus is published by IOCODO LLC. By using the app you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
A study aid for drone pilot licence exams. It helps you prepare. It does not certify you, it does not grant any licence or authorisation, and passing our mock exams is not passing anything real.
It is not official. IOCODO LLC is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Federal Aviation Administration, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency or any national aviation authority, the UK Civil Aviation Authority, Transport Canada, or the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia.
It does not contain the real exam questions. Regulators keep their live question banks closed. Every question in Skyllabus is written by us against the published syllabus and the official study guides.
It is not operational guidance. Do not fly by it. Before any flight, the current regulation and the current airspace information from your authority are what govern you.
We work hard to keep every question correct and current, and each one cites the rule it came from so you can check us. Even so, regulations change and mistakes happen. Content in the app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it is complete, current or error free, and you remain responsible for verifying anything that matters against the authority itself.
When you report an error we check it against the source and push a correction. That is the deal we are offering: not that we will never be wrong, but that we will be checkable and we will fix it quickly.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Skyllabus on devices you control. You may not copy, extract, scrape, resell, redistribute or republish the question bank, the explanations or any other part of the app, and you may not use them to build or train a competing product.
Skyllabus offers a single optional purchase that unlocks every licence track permanently for the store account that bought it. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Payment is taken by Apple or Google under their terms, not ours. Refunds are handled by them: Apple or Google Play. We can help you restore a purchase but we cannot refund one.
Reference material in the app is reproduced from the authorities under the terms each of them publishes. FAA material is a work of the United States federal government and is free of copyright under 17 U.S.C. section 105. Canadian material is reproduced with the permission of the Department of Transport. European Union legislative material and Australian material are used under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Each item carries its source in the app.
Your study material works offline once installed. Some features, such as content corrections and settings, need a connection. We may change or discontinue parts of the app, and we will not remove access to content you have paid for while the app remains published.
To the extent the law allows, IOCODO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Skyllabus, including a failed exam, an exam fee, lost work or any regulatory consequence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects consumer rights you hold in your own country.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you use the app as a consumer elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply to you.
If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and a material change is announced in the app.
