Every question in Skyllabus shows the rule it came from, so if our answer and the regulation disagree, the regulation wins and we are the ones with the bug. Tap Report on the question itself, pick the reason, and we check it against the source. Confirmed corrections are pushed to your device without waiting for an app update, usually within a day.
Open Unlock in the app and tap Restore purchase. That asks Apple or Google whether this store account already owns the unlock, and puts it back.
If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the same store account you bought it with. Purchases follow the store account, not the device. If it is still missing, write to us with the date of purchase.

Your purchase follows your store account, so restoring it on the new device is enough. Study progress is stored on the device and does not transfer, because the app has no account to sync it with.
That appears when a build has a problem serious enough that it should not stay in use, usually a content error. The update screen has a support button, so if you cannot update for any reason, use it and tell us what is stopping you.
No. Skyllabus is an independent study app from IOCODO LLC. It is not affiliated with the FAA, EASA, the UK Civil Aviation Authority, Transport Canada or CASA. Our questions are written against the published syllabus and the official study guides. No study product has the live exam questions, ours included.
